Description
Peruvian coffees tend to be cleaner and smoother than the other South American origins. This one is grown at the beginning of the Amazon River. It is an organic and fair trade co-op called San Ignacio Rio Amoju.
This Peru is a microlot and carefully sorted, with fudge and nutty notes with hints of definite milk chocolate and hazelnut flavor in it.
Roast Level: City to Full City+. Good for pour over (e.g. chemex) or espresso.
